Ingredients:
– 1-2 tbsp. olive oil
– 1 large onion, chopped
– 1-2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 3 stalks celery, chopped
– 1 zucchini, chopped
– 1 yellow squash, chopped
– 4 cups vegetable or chicken broth
– 1 14.5 oz. can chopped tomatoes
– 1 16 oz. can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
– 2 tbsp. prepared pesto

Instructions:
Heat oil over medium heat, sauté onion for about five minutes; add both squash and garlic and sauté for 5 more minutes.  Add remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes.
